On July 26, 2022, Tawakkol Karman Foundation launched, in the presence of more than 550 students, the second edition of the "Qualifying Youth for Labor Market", which is accompanied by the intensive English language diploma, which is funded by the Foundation within "Leaders for the Future" program.

On Thursday, June 30, 2022, Tawakkol Karman Foundation concluded the second season of Democracy and Peacebuilding diploma, accompanying the Intensive English Language Diploma, sponsored by the Foundation within "Leaders for Future" program.
Since March of this year, the students of the fourth batch who were granted the scholarship along the "Leaders for Future" program, funded by Tawakkol Karman Foundation, have continued the intensive English language diploma courses, after they were distributed on different levels after they passed the written and oral placement exams.
The number of students accepted into the fourth batch is 1,500 students from eight countries: Yemen, Egypt, Syria, Sudan, Iraq, Palestine, Somalia, and Turkey. Students of the fourth batch joined their colleagues in the previous batches who are still continuing the English language courses, organized by English CASTLE Institute in Istanbul, Turkey.
Students of the fourth batch will obtain activities and accompanying training courses in Democracy and Peace Building diploma and Labor Market diploma. Study program is conducted online (distance learning), for 3 hours a day and 5 days a week.Leaders for the Future aims to qualify and develop the skills of young people and help them meet the conditions for joining the best universities and attain best job opportunities.
