The Tabibi app, supported by Tawakkol Karman Foundation, delivered more than 591 free medical consultations during the first quarter of 2026 — January, February and March — as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen free digital health care services and expand access to them.
During this period, the app recorded steady growth. It provided 218 medical consultations in January, 173 in February and 200 in March, through a distinguished group of volunteer male and female doctors from a wide range of medical specialties.
A growing number of volunteer doctors also took part in delivering these consultations. Their number reached 45 in January, 42 in February and 48 in March, reflecting rising interest in volunteer work in the health sector through digital platforms.
The Tabibi app aims to provide users with free and fast medical consultations, especially in areas suffering from weak health services or difficulty accessing medical facilities. In doing so, it helps narrow the health gap and improve quality of life.
This initiative comes as part of Tawakkol Karman Foundation’s efforts to support digital health projects and promote health awareness by offering innovative and sustainable solutions that meet community needs, especially in light of the current challenges facing the health sector.
