Tawakkol Karman International Foundation holds a lecture entitled "The phenomenon of tyranny in the Arab world"
As part of its aid efforts and relief programme in war and conflict zones, Tawakkol Karman Foundation (TKF) launched a relief campaign targeting over 1,000 displaced families in Al Haqeb Directorate of Yemeni Dhale Governorate on March 17, 2019. The TKF relief programme has targeted more than 10 areas within Yemen since mid-2018. It is also planning to reach hotspots and areas most in need over the next several months.
Bangui, Central African Republic—In a significant move towards fostering peace and social cohesion, the Tawakkol Karman Foundation (TKF), in collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), is implementing a vital project in the war-torn Central African Republic. This initiative, part of the Cooperation Agreement between TKF and FAO, aims to support the Social Cohesion Project amidst the country's ongoing civil war, which erupted in 2014 and saw renewed conflict in 2016.
In cooperation with the Masum Eli Foundation, Tawakkol Karman Foundation distributed winter clothes in Istanbul on December 19, 2018, to more than 500 Syrian orphans and displaced children.

The population suffers challenges to access food, clean water, health care, and education. The country is on the brink of a massive famine that continues to threaten the lives of millions of Yemeni people and thousands of residents who have taken refuge in changes in food consumption and spending to the bare minimum.
