Tawakkol Karman Foundation sponsors "Nokhba" Training Program for Yemeni youth
Istanbul, Turkey – The Yemeni Youth Forum in Istanbul has announced the launch of the "Nokhba" training program, a new initiative aimed at empowering young leaders.
Sponsored by Tawakkol Karman Foundation as part of its Jusoor 2024 initiative, the program is designed to support Yemeni student unions, clubs, and forums throughout Turkey.
The "Nokhba" program targets youth between the ages of 17 and 23, preparing them to become influential leaders in their communities. Scheduled to run over three days, each day will feature six hours of intensive training focused on leadership, effective communication, and innovation.
The program's comprehensive curriculum is designed to develop key skills in strategic planning, enhance effective communication and conflict resolution in professional environments, and foster creativity and innovation in entrepreneurship. Participants will gain a holistic educational experience that bridges various aspects of leadership, communication, and innovation.
Tawakkol Karman Foundation, known for its commitment to civil work and peacebuilding, aims to serve as a global model in these fields. The foundation’s initiatives span community development, education, health, and economic empowerment, with a particular focus on empowering women to assume leadership roles while respecting cultural nuances.
