Tawakkol Karman Foundation
A better doctor through global knowledge: Diaa Al-Haddad’s story with the Leaders for Future program
I am a general practitioner and a master's student in surgery. My experience with the English language scholarship offered by the Tawakkol Karman Foundation has been truly amazing. In the first course, I was surprised by the teaching method, which was both engaging and enjoyable, using modern techniques and well-established curricula, with highly skilled instructors. I quickly found myself integrating into the teaching style, and my passion for learning grew day by day.
My ability to express myself in English has greatly improved, and my skills in writing scientific research in English have become more precise and faster. Additionally, my speaking and listening skills have developed, and I now feel confident discussing topics with professors at the university.
Since starting my studies at the institute, my linguistic and scientific horizons have expanded. My sources of information in the field of general surgery have become vast, and I can now rely on the best global references in surgery from top medical websites, all with ease and convenience. From now on, I will also be able to apply for excellent job opportunities.
In a short period of time, I have noticed a significant improvement in my self-confidence and language skills, and my perspective on learning has become more positive. My journey in the program is still ongoing, and I plan to complete all levels, God willing.
The supplementary training provided by the program has been valuable, especially for those interested in online work. It has been very helpful in understanding time management and the effective use of free time.
I would like to send a message to all passionate and ambitious youth to join this wonderful program and benefit from it. I also want to express my deep gratitude to the Tawakkol Karman Foundation for their clear impact in supporting and empowering Yemeni and Arab youth. I would also like to thank all the teachers who have helped us develop through their valuable teaching methods.
