My experience in the English language scholarship program provided by Tawakkol Karman Foundation was a significant turning point in my educational journey and the development of my language and communication skills. It was a unique e-learning experience.

Regarding the impact of the program on my English skills, I noticed a noticeable improvement in my ability to understand texts better and analyze them systematically. My vocabulary expanded, and my grammar improved. The program provided me with opportunities for active participation in conversations and discussions, which contributed to enhancing my listening and speaking skills.

I faced challenges during the program, such as difficulty with meeting deadlines and motivating myself to keep moving forward. I also encountered challenges in understanding certain terms and cultural expressions, which affected my ability to communicate effectively. However, I had support from teachers and peers who provided help and encouraged me to overcome these challenges.

Some of the key goals I had set for myself include:

• Improving my English skills: The main goal was to enhance my English proficiency, and I have achieved this goal significantly. I am now able to speak and write more fluently, and I interact excellently in academic and professional conversations.
• Expanding my knowledge: The scholarship was an opportunity to gain new knowledge and a deeper understanding of English culture. I studied diverse topics and learned how to handle different situations and interact with classmates from different backgrounds.
• Improving job opportunities: Developing my English skills has enhanced my job prospects, especially in international work environments. I had the opportunity to participate in international projects and communicate with colleagues from all around the world, expanding my professional network.
• Obtaining an IELTS certificate, which is a requirement for graduation from my university in Malaysia.

I have not yet completed the program, but the emotions I felt and continue to feel are a mix of joy and personal growth, as I witnessed a tangible transformation in my English speaking and understanding skills. I initially began the program hesitantly, but I made an effort, kept up with the lessons, and consistently completed assignments. One of the main benefits I gained was the improvement in my English skills, as I am now able to express my ideas more clearly and effectively.
