The General Union of Yemeni Students in Türkiye awarded Tawakkol Karman Foundation a shield in recognition of its role in sponsoring the "Management and Implementation of Surveys" program, which was organized by the Union and concluded its activities on Monday, October 14, 2024.
Tawakkol Karman Foundation sponsors the projects of Yemeni student unions and clubs abroad as part of the 2024 Jusoor Program.
The "Management and Implementation of Surveys" program, which saw the participation of more than 25 students from various Turkish provinces, aimed to develop the students' cognitive and administrative capabilities in conducting opinion polls in various fields. The program sought to produce results that contribute to decision-making, improve performance, and provide a clear vision of the targeted topics.
The program included several activities that helped enhance the practical skills of theoretical information, increase awareness about managing and conducting opinion polls, and the ability to execute surveys on various topics.
It is noteworthy that Tawakkol Karman Foundation is an endowment institution that seeks to be a leading global model in civil work and peacebuilding through the development of local communities, education, health, economic empowerment, and enabling women to take their leading roles in their communities while considering the cultural specificity of each society.
