Tawakkol Karman Foundation concludes the second season of Democracy and Peacebuilding diploma
On Thursday, June 30, 2022, Tawakkol Karman Foundation concluded the second season of Democracy and Peacebuilding diploma, accompanying the Intensive English Language Diploma, sponsored by the Foundation within "Leaders for Future" program.
The diploma targeted the fourth batch of more than 1,500 students, in addition to some students of the previous batches who did not attend the diploma courses in its first season, with training sessions that included three main topics: Democracy and Human Rights, Concepts of Coexistence and Peacebuilding and Advocacy Campaigns and Shape Public Opinion.
A lecturer on the first topic was a trainer in democracy and human rights. Misk Al-Junaid, while the second topic was presented by the trainer specialized in political development, coexistence, conflict resolution and crisis management, Dr. Mohammed Ghazi Rashid, while the media expert and trainer in communication, media, journalism, advocacy, and debate, Mr. Nashwan Al-Sumairi, presented the third and final topic.
Period ahead, male and female students enrolled in the Intensive English Language Diploma will receive another diploma entitled "Qualifying Youth for the Labor Market", which includes six training courses within the framework of Leaders for the Future program.
It is worth noting that the Diploma in Democracy and Peacebuilding is one of the Diplomas of the Leaders for the Future Program and is provided through Zoom application, in which specialized trainers of different nationalities will lecture.
