Tawakkol Karman Foundation has concluded its annual Jusoor program for 2025, which focused on supporting and empowering youth-led initiatives and strengthening the role of Arab youth in media, innovation, and the arts. The program unfolded through a series of high-impact activities implemented across Türkiye throughout 2025, in collaboration with Yemeni student unions.
The training program of Biban Youth Media Forum 2025 concluded in Istanbul, an event organized by the General Union of Yemeni Students in Türkiye under sponsorship and supervision of Tawakkol Karman Foundation, with participation of more than 30 young journalists and media students.
Tawakkol Karman Foundation has opened applications for the partial English-language scholarship for the December 2025 cohort, offered under its flagship Leaders for Future program, which aims to equip young people and children with strong language skills and prepare them academically and professionally for the challenges ahead.
The Tabibi app, supported by Tawakkol Karman Foundation, has provided more than 1,100 free medical consultations between July and October 2025, as part of the foundation’s efforts to enhance access to free healthcare services through digital platforms.
The Yemeni Students’ Union in Istanbul concluded on Sunday the fourth season of the Edraak Short Film Festival, held under the patronage and supervision of Tawakkol Karman Foundation as part of the Jusoor program, in support of Yemeni and Arab youth creativity in purposeful cinema. The festival drew hundreds of attendees from Yemeni and Arab communities.
